Program Details

  • Class size will be limited to 5 FAs and will meet on Mondays & Tuesdays from 3-4 PM EST over a 4-week period.
  • Sessions will be held via Zoom and recorded for your later review
  • Each session will include suggested actions you will be asked to implement in your practice prior to our next call
  • You will also receive 8 hours of private video content that will support and expand on the topics covered that week
    • Most of the technical content will be on the videos
  • There will be a 90- minute follow-up session 1 month after the Program to encourage accountability and discuss results

Course Content

Week 1: Goals Based Investing

The most successful FAs in the business have mastered 2 skills that are inextricably linked.

  1. Client Acquisition 
  2. A repeatable process for investing client assets to meet pre-defined goals.

It may seem odd to start with goals-based investing, but FAs that lack a repeatable and scalable investment methodology, end up with books that become increasingly burdensome over time.

Week 2: Embracing Irrationality

There are a variety of skills that you must possess to build the book of your dreams. These skills can be taught and mastered with practice. 

The “table stakes” you must supply are  empathy and an un-wavering desire to make the world a better place for  all that you serve.

This week’s focus will be on breaking down the specific activities needed to successfully identify, connect with and add the HHs that will power your rise. (no cold calling needed)

Week 3: What do I say and how do I say it?

  • Each FA will have 5-10 minutes to respond to the question: Can you tell me about what you do?
  • I will play the role of the Prospect and set up 5 different scenarios
  • We will then play back the responses, and the group will critique each pitch

The best presenters are not born that way, it is a skill that requires  practice and a desire for constant improvement. You could have the greatest message in the business, but if you fail to communicate it with brevity and concision, you will always fall short.  

Week 4: Dreams, Goals and Granularity

There are only  4  activities  that can move your business forward.

Preparing to speak with a prospect; Speaking with a prospect; Preparing to speak with a client; Speaking wit a client.

Each FA will review their plans with the group and be asked to track these actions on a daily basis prior to our 30-day follow-up.
