  • Segmentation and stratification of your current Book
  • Identification of Clients at an elevated risk of leaving

  • Design and delivery of  plan recommendations via a 60-minute Zoom call
  • 60-minute Zoom call one month after the prior call to gauge progress and accountability

  • Initial  Zoom call to discuss your current situation and set specific goals for our engagement
  • Analysis of your current book of business using a qualitative and quantitative methodology that will allow you to track your progress and the impact BPT will have on your practice and personal satisfaction.
  • Segmentation and stratification of your current Book from BPT’s perspective
  • 8 hours of private video training
  • Assessment of outside professional referral sources, including trailing ROR.
  • Review current risk mitigation tactics
  • Identification of Clients at an elevated risk of leaving
  • Analysis of the current compensation structure for members of your Team.
  • Design and delivery of  plan recommendations via a 60-minute Zoom call
  • 12 one-hour Zoom calls over three months to promote plan implementation and track progress to agreed-upon goals

Mastering Impactful Communication:

Four weeks of Presentation Training for Financial Advisors

  • This four-week program teaches financial advisors how to communicate complex concepts with clarity, precision, and impact. 
  • Phone, Zoom, Face to Face, and Group presentation skills will be covered.
  • Learn to eliminate filler phrases, master concise language, and “ride the silence.”
  • Avoid common nonverbal mistakes like distracting gestures or poor body language
  • Weekly role-playing scenarios where you will demonstrate your ability to handle the most common FA-prospect/client situations.
  • Each  1-hr. session will be recorded via Zoom and include a role-play and a real-time critique as we review your performance.
  • Eliminating phrases and mannerisms that detract from your message will grow your confidence in your skill set, and you will convey your message with confidence and authority.
  • Transform your ability to deliver powerful presentations in person, phone, F2F, or  Zoom.

Million Dollar Boot Camp

Who should attend?

  • FAs that feel there is a gap between what they believe they can accomplish and their current reality
  • FAs that lack a repeatable and scalable process to add increasingly meaningful NNA. 
  • FAs that oversee Books that lack a consistent investment process
  • FAs that do not fully understand their role in their client’s lives 
  • FAs that never had the chance to build their Book from ZERO
  • FAs that choose to control their career path, regardless of their  current situation

Program Logistics

  • The class will be limited to 5 FAs and will meet on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3 to 4 PM EST over 4 weeks.
  • Specific dates will be announced upon your enrollment 
  • Sessions will be held via Zoom and recorded for your later review 
  • Each session will include suggested actions you will be asked to implement in your practice before our next call
  • You will also receive 8 hours of private video content that  will support and expand on the topics covered that week
    • Most of the technical content will be on the videos
  • There will be a 90-minute follow-up session one month after the Program to encourage accountability, share experiences and discuss results
